Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over $80 & free shipping + a free $20 gift card for orders over $100, otherwise the shipping fee is $4.95

How long till I receive my order?

We hand-pack every order and inspect each bag for defects before shipping.

Processing time is 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time after shipping is 3-5 business days.

You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package as soon as it has been shipped.

Please do keep in mind our bag is currently going viral so we are having slight delays from time to time.

Is there any satisfaction guarantee?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Margo Bag. That's why we offer you the opportunity to it out for 30 days at your leisure to ensure it's a perfect fit for you.
